摘要
研究指在对玻璃上料翻转机构进行优化设计,经分析和综合提出两种可行的玻璃上料翻转机构模型——曲柄摇杆机构和双摇杆机构,利用计算与图形处理软件Matlab对其进行计算机辅助运动分析,通过比较两组分析结果得出双摇杆机构作为玻璃上料翻转机构比曲柄摇杆机构具有更好的运动特性,提高了玻璃上料过程的平稳性,安全性以及可靠性。利用计算机辅助分析的方法实现翻转机构的优化设计,提出一种在已知部分空间与运动约束条件下进行机构优化设计的一般方法。
It aims at the optimized design of the flip mechanism for glass loading.Through the analysis and synthesis,two feasible different mechanism models,crank-rockermechanism and double-rocker mechanism are proposed; kinematic performance of the models are analyzed by computer based on Matlab which is a modern computing software and is of two functions,the numeric computation and the graphic processing;,by comparing two sets of analysis results,a conclusion that double-rocker mechanism is superior to crank-rocker mechanism is reached because the former is of better kinematic performance,and improves the glass loading process stability,safety and reliability.Using computer-aided analysis method for optimized design of flip mechanism and provides a general approach for the optimized design of mechanism in a known space optimization and constraint conditions.
