股骨近端空心钉锁定板治疗股骨颈骨折13例临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Proximal Femoral Hollow Screw Locking Plate for the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture

目的:探讨股骨近端空心钉锁定板内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:股骨颈骨折行股骨近端空心钉锁定板内固定术13例,观察骨折愈合时间以及髋关节功能恢复情况。结果:术后13例骨折一期愈合,随访6-20个月,无退钉及断钉,1例股骨头坏死。Harris评分优8例,良4例,优良率92.3%。结论:股骨近端空心钉锁定板内固定治疗股骨颈骨折是有效的内固定方法,固定牢靠,便于患肢早期活动,改善髋关节功能,降低并发症,是较为理想的内固定方法。

Objective：To study the clinical curative effects of the proximal femur hollow screw locking plate internal fixation for treatment of femoral neck fracture.Methods：Thirteen cases with proximal femoral neck fracture underwent hollow screw locking plate fixation.Fracture healing time and recovery of hip joint function were observed.Results：All postoperative cases were primary healing of fracture.No migration retrograde or breakage of hollow locking screw of femur head and neck occurred during followed-up from 6to 20 months.One case of the femoral head necrosis occurred.Harris scoring showed exellent in 8cases and good in 4cases,with the exellent and good rate of 92.3%.Conclusion：The proximal femur hollow screw locking plate internal fixation for treatment of femoral neck fracture is effective method of internal fixation.It is an ideal internal fixation method because of its advantages of reliable fixation,improvement of early affected limb activity and the function of hip joint and reducing complications.
