摘要
建立了含风电的电力系统经济调度模型,说明了机组开停机U值的确定方法,以其加入爬坡约束条件前后,运用遗传算法对模型进行求解,模型的解表明机组开机单位时间内功率爬坡速率过快,不满足爬坡约束条件;加入爬坡约束后,模型的解满足了爬坡约束条件,这结果符合电网运行的规律。
The model was about economic dispatch of power system with wind power established in the paper. The method was illustrated about determination of U values in the method of the unit' s startup and shutdown. Before and after joining the ramping constraint conditions,the model was solved by using genetic algorithm(GA). The solution of the model showed that the rate of unit ramping power was too fast per time and the ramp constraint condition was not met. After adding the ramp constraints ,the solution of the model meets the ramp constraints and the output of high efficient unit change smoothly and these results were consistent with the rule of power system operation.
