Reform Subjects and Generation of Reform Impetuses

本文从改革主体视角出发,运用结构分析方法,揭示改革主体的构成,分析改革动力的结构因素,探讨改革动力的生成机理。改革的动力,在一定意义上说就是改革主体的动力。改革主体多种多样,其构成较为复杂,本文将改革主体的构成分为一般构成和境遇构成两类;改革动力具有结构性特征,改革动力的结构因素众多,本文将利益效用、意识形态、认知结构和意志品质视为改革动力的结构因素;改革动力是在改革主体的相互合作中生成的,是在改革主体动力因素相互作用下生成的,是在改革主体与改革客体动力因素和改革环境动力因素的相互作用中生成的。

From the perspective of reform subjects, this article means to reveal reform subject components, analyzes the structur- al factors constituting reform impetuses, and discusses the formation mechanism of reform impetuses, by adopting a structural a- nalysis method. To a certain extent, reform impetuses mean the impetuses of reform subjects. As reform subjects and their com- ponents are equally diversified and complicated, this paper classifies the components into general and contextual types. With the structural features and abundant structural factors in reform impetuses, this paper regards all of the following as structural impetus factors, including interest effects, ideology, cognitive structure as well as will power. Reform impetuses evolve from the co - op- eration and interaction within reform subjects, between that of reform subjects and reform objects, and between that of reform sub- jects and contextual impetuses.
