针刺降糖穴对2型糖尿病血压的影响研究

The Effect of Balance Acupuncture on“Jiangtang point”for the Blood Pressure of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:观察平衡针灸降糖穴对2型糖尿病患者的血压和心率的影响。方法:对60例2型糖尿病患者针刺降糖穴治疗3周,对其血糖、尿糖及其临床症状变化记录的同时,记录收缩压、舒张压、心率和脉搏等变化,采取CHISS统计软件进行统计分析。结果:针刺降糖穴不仅能够降低2型糖尿病患者血糖、尿糖和改善临床症状,同时可以降低收缩压、舒张压和心率,治疗3周前、后有明显差异(P<0.001)。结论:平衡针灸降糖穴对2型糖尿病血糖、尿糖降低的同时对高血压有明显改善。

Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of balance acupuncture on “Jiangtang point”for blood pressure and heart rate of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus .Methods ：60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were acu-punctured on“Jiangtang point”for 3 weeks .During the treatment ,we recorded the level change of blood glucose ,urine glucose and the clinical symptoms as well as the systolic pressure ,diastolic pressure ,heart rate and pulse and so on .Sta-tistical analysis was performed with the use of CHISS software .Results：The treatment of balance acupuncture on“Jian-gtang point”can not only reduce the level of blood glucose ,urine glucose and the clinical symptoms but also the systolic pressure ,diastolic pressure ,heart rate and pulse of the patients during the treatment for 3 weeks （P〈0 .001） .Conclu-sion：The treatment of balance acupuncture on“Jiangtang point”has an effective improvement on the hypertension while reducing the level of blood glucose ,urine glucose for the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus .
