肩袖损伤的磁共振诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究肩袖损伤的磁共振诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2013年2月-2014年5月21例肩袖损伤患者的磁共振检查资料。结果:20例显示冈上肌腱形态和信号异常,部分撕裂16例,完全撕裂4例。6例显示冈下肌腱形态和信号异常,部分撕裂5例,完全撕裂1例。7例合并有肩峰下、三角肌下滑囊积液,5例合并有喙突下滑囊积液,锁骨骨折2例,关节盂骨折2例,肱骨骨折2例,骨挫伤4例。结论:磁共振能够清楚显示肩袖损伤的部位、程度,是肩袖损伤的重要检查手段。
