Pilon骨折的治疗进展及展望 被引量:1

摘要 Pilon骨折是胫骨远端关节面骨折,多合并其他损伤。该类损伤多见于高速交通和高空坠落,其均是高能量所致的Pilon骨折,不仅导致关节面严重受损,且伴软组织严重损伤,其手术治疗也较棘手,尤其是关节面损伤复位困难,易导致关节僵直、创伤性关节炎等并发症,是目前骨科诊治的研究难题。本文就Pilon骨折相关治疗研究作一综述。
