血清降钙素原检测在感染性疾病诊治中的应用价值 被引量:3

Application value of serum procalcitonin in diagnosis of infection diseases

摘要 目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)检测在感染性疾病诊治中的应用价值。方法采用胶体金免疫层析分析法,对94例细菌感染者、74例病毒感染者和40例健康对照者进行PCT检测,并作PCT水平比较。结果细菌感染组PCT水平明显升高,且与病情严重程度呈正相关,病毒感染组PCT水平不升高或轻度升高,健康对照组大多<0.5 ng/m L。细菌感染组与病毒感染组、健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),病毒感染组与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清PCT水平检测可用于细菌感染性疾病的早期诊断及与病毒感染性疾病的鉴别诊断,且PCT水平对判断病情轻重及患者预后有很好的价值。 Objective To explore the application value of serum procalcitonin in the diagnosis of infection diseases. Methods The serum procalcitonins( PCTs) of 94 cases of bacterial infections,74 cases of virus infections and 40 healthy collators were detected by colloidal gold immune chromatography analysis,and the results were analyzed and compared. Results The PCT levels of bacterial infections increased significantly,and were positively related to the disease severity. The PCT levels of virus infections were not high or increased slightly. The PCT levels of healthy collators were mostly under 0. 5 ng / m L. The levels of PCT in the bacterial infection group were significantly higher than those in the virus infection and healthy control groups,and there were significant difference among them( P〈0. 01). The levels of PCT were slightly higher in the virus infection group than in the healthy control group,but there was no significant difference between them( P〉0. 05). Conclusions The detection of serum PCT levels can be used for the early diagnosis of bacterial infections,and for the differential diagnosis with virus infection diseases. The level of PCT may be an important marker to judge the severity or prognosis of diseases.
