摘要
当前我国研究生培养中出现了协同创新教育理念未达成共识、研究生培养目标与社会需求偏差、校内外条块分割局面未完全打破、协同创新的研究生培养机制尚未健全等问题,提出基于协同创新的地方高校研究生培养必须树立研究生教育协同创新理念、厘清各创新主体利益诉求、协同打造联合培养利益共同体、建立健全协同创新运行机制、探索协同培养研究生模式,保障研究生教育健康持续发展等策略。
This paper analyzed the divergent postgraduate collaborative innovation education, the misplaced graduate cultivation target and social demand, the fragmented on-campus and off-campus frameworks and incomplete collaborative innovative graduate training mechanism. It, thus, proposed that a collaborative postgraduate training mode can be established to ensure the sound development of graduate education through a correct perception of collaborative innovation, a clarification of innovation subjects' interests, a joint community of interests, and a perfect cooperative innovation mechanism.
