摘要
采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对宁波市高校208名辅导员进行了调研,并对调研数据进行了分析。分析结果显示,高校辅导员的教育素质在性别方面无显著性差异,而不同年龄辅导员在专业能力、职业道德、通识素养三方面存在边缘显著,不同学历辅导员在职业道德、通识素养和内在性教育素质方面存在边缘显著,优秀辅导员与普通辅导员在职业道德与人格特质方面存在边缘显著。高校辅导员的教育素质具体表现在专业能力、专业知识、职业道德、人格特质、通识素养五个方面,可通过组织培养、教育培训、人文关怀、考核激励机制来培育辅导员,提高教育素质。
This paper adopts the questionnaire and interview to investigate 208 counselors working in Ningbo-based universities and analyzes the data to be collected. The results show that no significant difference exists in counselors's education quality in terms of gender while instructors of varied ages appear significantly different in the aspects of professional performance, ethics and general literacy, and that counselors of distinctive educational experiences have significant gaps in the occupational ethics, general literacy and internal education quality while marginal significance exists in occupational ethics and personalities of excellent and ordinary instructors. The quality education of college counselors involves professional ability, professional knowledge, occupational ethics, personality traits, general literacy that can be trained through well-planned education, humanistic care and stimulus assessment.
