摘要
教学模式由灌输式转型到讨论式,会遇到一系列的问题。要实现成功转型,要采取一系列的措施:教室排列方式要改革、提前做足功课、要编纂研究读本、教学流程要改革,"话题+问题"的双向沟通、将知识转化成能力、考核的日常化与多样化、要训练集体协作攻关精神。教育不是一个简单的灌输过程,而是一个复杂的嫁接过程。人人理解、人人会用、人人有变化,才有可能产生实际的教育效果。
It will meet challenges in transforming crammed teaching to discussing class. This study aims to explore such specific steps to be taken to meet the challenges in the transformation as reforming the classroom formation, doing homework in advance, compiling academic readers, renovating teaching process, two-way communicative "topic + problem", transforming knowledge into ability, evaluating formative performance, and training teamwork research spirit. It believes that education is not a simple indoctrination process, but a complex grafting process in which all learn to comprehend, apply and evolve to realize the actual efficiency of education.
