高素质技能型旅游人才培养的路径探究

A Study of Quality Skilled Tourism Personnel Training

旅游业在国民经济中的支柱地位和在人们改善生活方式中的标识地位日益凸显,而与之相对应的是高素质技能型旅游人才严重不足的矛盾也更加显现。文章从职业化、国际化、人文化三个视角对当前国内在高素质技能型旅游人才培养方面的现象和问题进行阐析,并提出高素质技能型旅游人才培养的一些建议。

Tourism, a pillar industry in the national economy, plays an outstanding role in raising the people＇s livelihood. However, its development is seriously dragged behind by the shortage of high quality skilled tourism professionals. This study focuses on the revelation of current issues in the perspectives of ＂professionalization＂, ＂internationalization＂ and ＂civility＂ and consequently explores feasible strategies to train quality tourism professionals.
