摘要
分析了打印机外壳定模型芯的加工工艺特点,制定了合理的数控加工工艺,对零件的定位与装夹、加工路径和刀具选择等进行了介绍。实践证明,零件的加工工艺设计合理,顺利地完成了零件加工,对类似零件的加工工艺有一定参考价值。
The processing characteristic of cores in fixed half of a mould for a printer shell was analyzed; and the NC machining process was determined. The positioning and clamping of components, the processing path and tool selection were stated.
