摘要
针对港陆1 500 mm热轧带钢粗轧头尾失宽现状,提出了采用三次曲线的短行程控制(SSC)的解决方案,并给出了三次曲线的求解方法。由于立辊在实际执行的时候会提前或者滞后,对此立辊执行情况开发了短行程自学习,根据轧后实测宽度数据对开口度进行自学习,二级短行程设定模型采用曲线平移的方法,根据一级跟踪偏差量对短行程曲线做出调整。现场应用表明:短行程及其自学习投入后能够将带钢头尾宽度差控制在3mm之内,金属收得率提高到97%以上。
For the present situation of roughing head and tail low width precision on Ganglu 1 500 mm hot rolling line,the cause of strip head and tail width tolerance was analyzed,and the short stroke control (SSC) solving method was advanced in the form of cubic curve instead of broken line.Because the vertical roll would be earlier or later in the actual execution,the short stroke control online self-learning function was exploited.Short stroke control model parameters were realized using actual width data after rolling.The practical application in domestic hot rolling mill showed that short stroke control and self-learning model could control strip head and tail width precision within 3 mm and metallic yield enhances to over 97%.
