摘要
针对动态设定型AGC的收敛性问题,采用基于无穷级数的数学分析方法进行研究,证明了动态设定型AGC的收敛条件,即刚度系数K的取值范围与机架刚度及轧件塑性系数的关系;在收敛性证明的基础上建立了动态设定型AGC的稳态分析方法,推导了稳态辊缝总增量、稳态厚度偏差等变量的数值计算公式,并分析了伪正反馈现象与机架刚度误差影响的关系。
According to the convergence problem of dynamic set AGC (automatic gauge control),convergence conditions of pressure AGC was demonstrated by using the mathematical analysis method based on infinite series,namely the relation between value range of stiffness coefficient K and the frame stiffness and ductility coefficient of plate.Dynamic set AGC steady state analysis method was established on the basis of the proof of convergence.The numerical calculation formula of the steady-state roll gap total increment and steady-state thickness deviation variables was deduced.The relationship between the phenomenon of false positive feedback and the frame stiffness error were analyzed.
