摘要
在深入研究某中厚板厂新增超快速冷却系统的特点及功能的基础上,结合已掌握的德国西马克层流冷却控制技术,提出了两个冷却设备的基础自动化系统和过程自动化系统联动控制技术方案,为新增超快冷控制系统的嵌入找到了一个合适的切入点。基于UFC-ACC联动冷却控制系统,该厂已开发并批量生产了多个钢种(管线钢、高强钢、压力容器钢等)中厚板产品。
Based on in-depth study in a medium plate plant of new ultra fast cooling system features and functions,and combined with the available SMS Demag laminar cooling control technology,linkage control technical scheme of basic automation system and process automation systems of two cooling equipment was put forward,and a suitable starting point of adding the new ultra fast cooling control system was found out.Based on UFC-ACC linkage cooling control system,plates,such as pipeline steel,high strength steel and pressure vessel steel,were developed and produced.
