摘要
目的了解台州市男男性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)中艾滋病病毒(human immunodeficiency vivus,HIV)/梅毒感染状况及危险因素,为今后制定防控策略提供依据。方法利用2010-2013年台州市男男性行为者艾滋病哨点监测数据,对血清学检测结果和行为监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2010-2013年共调查MSM 1 108人,历年的最近一次同性性行为安全套使用率分别为66.7%、73.3%、81.6%和64.3%,HIV抗体阳性检出率分别为18.2%、10.2%、16.0%和10.0%,梅毒抗体阳性率分别为18.5%、24.6%、13.5%和9.3%,HIV-1新发感染率分别为4.4%、6.4%、10.0%和3.6%。结论台州市MSM中艾滋病/梅毒感染情况相当严重,应当及时采取有效措施,控制疫情的蔓延。
Objective To understand HIV and syphilis infection status and their related risk factors in Taizhou prefecture, so as to provide evidence for comprehensive control measures. Methods Serological tests and behavior surveillance data of men who have sex with men（MSM） in Taizhou prefecture from 2010 to 2013 were collected and analyzed. Results 1 108 MSM were investigated. The rates of condom use in the last anal sex with men were 66.7%, 73.3%, 81.6% and 64. 3% respectively. The HIV infection rates were 18.2%, 10. 2% , 16.0% and 10. 0% respectively. The syphilis infection rates were 18. 5% , 24. 6%, 13.5% and 9. 3% respectively. The rates of HIV-1 emerging infections were 4. 4% , 6.4% , 10. 0% , and 3.6% , respectively. Conclusions The HIV and syphilis prevalence is serious among MSM in Taizhou prefecture. It is necessary to take effective measures to control the spread of the epidemic.
