摘要
介绍了安钢在1780 mm热连轧生产线上,利用控轧控冷工艺和微合金强化技术,研发抗拉强度600 MPa级的高强度轻量化商用车车轮用卷板及应用情况.通过对材料进行轮辐试制,轮辐成形合格率达到99%以上,对总成车轮进行了径向和弯曲疲劳试验,其疲劳寿命比SS400提高近6~8倍,并对材料进行焊接和低温韧性试验.试制结果表明,该钢不仅实现了轮辐总重量降低了13%的轻量化,而且具有高的疲劳寿命、良好的塑性、低温韧性和焊接性能.
High strength and light rolled plate for commercial vehicle wheels, whose tensile strength reached to 600 MPa, was developed in the use of the micro alloy strengthening technology and appropriate process of controlling rolling and cooling on 1780 product line in Anyang iron and steel company. Wheel spokes were made of the material and the spoke forming rate reached to more than 99%. Tests were carried on about radial fatigue and dynamic bending fatigue for the wheels, its fatigue life was raised by 6 - 8times than SS400. Additionally, Tests of welding performance and low tempera- ture toughness on the material were carried out. The results showed that, not only the weight of the spokes reduced by 13% but also it had a good plasticity, low temperature toughness, and good performance in welding.
