摘要
根据钢材白点产生的原因和实践经验,可知氢是造成白点的根本原因,通过对入炉物料进行烘烤、增加真空处理和提高铸坯和钢材的缓冷温度,可有效消除白点缺陷。
According to the reasons of the steel flakes and practical experience, the hydrogen is the fundamental reason for the flakes, it can effectively eliminate the flakes defects through baking the charging material, doing vacuum treatment and increasing slow cooling temperature of the slab and steel.
