摘要
对地区水电和风电典型出力特性进行了分析,通过电力电量平衡计算,得出风水互补的结论。该文创新性地提出了风电-水电集控优化调度的调控方式,同时在云南电网的范围内对风电、火电、水电之间调节速度进行分析,定性地解决了风电功率变化是否超过电网水火电出力的调节速度问题,为风电-水电集控优化调度提供理论依据。
This paper studied hydropower and wind power output characteristics of Chuxiong region, and calculated electric power and energy balance, and deduced wind power and hydropower complementary conclusions? This paper put forward wind power -hydro regulation by centralized control to optimize scheduling? This paper also analysis speed control of wind power,thermal power and hydropower in power grid of Yunnan, and resolved the issue whether changes of power output in wind power exceed hydro ther-mal power output adjustment speed? Provided a theoretical basis optimal control of wind power - hydropower.
