Study on the Methodologies of Improving the Public Senses of Security and Satisfaction

近年来,公众安全感和满意度指数已成为公安机关综合绩效评定的重要指标之一。以在上海市闸北区开展局部范围的实证调查为依据,从主体、客体、内部警务、外部公关四个方面对当前全市开展安全感和满意度评价工作存在的问题进行深入剖析,围绕理念提升、技术改进、实践突破三个方面对提升安全感和满意度的路径进行探索,并提出设想。

In recent years, the indexes of public senses of security and satisfaction have become one of important indexes for police agencies＇ comprehensive performance evaluation. Based on findings, of the investigation in designated regions of Zha Bei District, the paper analyzes the problems concerning the evaluation of the public senses of security and satisfaction from four perspectives of subject, object, internal policing and public relations. It also explores the methodology of how to improve, practice and break through it, which undoubtedly has real significance.
