现场勘验是《刑事诉讼法》法定的侦查措施之一。犯罪现场具有一定的危险性,侦查人员进入犯罪现场必须时刻注意保护自己免受伤害。然而在实际工作中,侦查人员往往忽视了勘验过程中的自我保护,导致伤害、死亡事故发生。完善相关操作规范,对于侦查人员在现场勘验过程中增强自我保护意识、提高自我保护能力具有重要意义。

The crime scene investigation is one of the statutory investigative measures stipulated by the Criminal Procedure Law. Crime scene investigation is somewhat dangerous. When arriving at the scene, investigators should be on alert and know how to protect themselves from unnecessary harm. However, in real practice, investigators often ignore the necessity of self protection, which leads to their injury or even death. It is significant to perfect the relevant operating procedures, which will contribute to strengthened self-protection awareness and improved self-protection ability in the process of crime scene investigation.
