摘要
企业高管团队对创新行为的认知决定并影响企业创新投入。通过研究信息技术类企业,选取对高管认知影响大的特征变量为自变量,R&D强度为因变量,用方差分析法分析了自变量对创新投入影响的主效应和交互效应。结果表明年龄、持股比例和是否两职合一对创新投入影响显著,教育水平影响不显著;是否两职合一与平均年龄、平均持股比例间,平均年龄和平均持股比例间有显著交互作用。企业在聘任高管时应考虑高管特征间的交互作用。
The cognitive psychology of TMT affects innovation investment .This paper use IT industry as research object , se-lected some independent variables which influence greatly , choose R&D as dependent variable .Using variance analysis stud-ied main effect and interaction effects .The results show that age , percentage of ownership and whether part-time CEO im-pacts significantly .There are significant interactions between whether part-time CEO and average age , whether part-time CEO and percentage of ownership , average age and percentage of ownership .When engaging TMT members , HR of enterpri-ses should consider the interactions between TMT .
