摘要
基于394名企业员工的问卷调查数据,从信任角度分析了员工负责行为的发生机制,研究结果表明:主管信任和同事信任对负责行为有显著的正向影响,角色宽度自我效能感在主管信任和同事信任与负责行为之间起到了部分中介作用,但是在组织信任与负责行为之间的中介效应不显著。
Using a sample of 394 employees from different enterprises , this paper investigated how employees'different trust affects taking charge behavior , as well as the mediating effect of role breadth self-efficacy .Results showed that role breadth self-efficacy significantly mediated the relationship between trust in supervisor , trust in coworker and taking charge , but did not mediate the relationship between trust in organization and taking charge .
