摘要
以大型工程项目中信任对项目绩效改善的机理为研究对象,以合理风险分担及承包人行为为研究切入点,从发包人和承包人动态行为互动视角,运用综合实验等多种研究方法,阐释信任对大型工程项目绩效的影响路径。研究得出,基于市场规范的客观因素及基于社会规范的主观因素会影响发包人的初始信任;工程项目组织中逐渐形成的信任环境会推动承发包双方的积极合作,由此产生的互惠行为将推进实现大型工程项目管理绩效的改善。
This paper takes mechanism that trust influences large-scale project management performance as object , and prop-er risk allocation and contractor's behavior as the starting point ,to explain the path that trust influences large-scale project management performance from perspective of the interaction of owner and contractor 's dynamic behavior ,with integrating ex-periments and other research methods .The results show that ,the objective factors which based on market regulation and so-cial norms will affect the development of the project employer's trust.For this reason,the trust environment which developed from engineering project organization will promote active cooperation of both sides ,the resulting reciprocal behavior will im-prove the performance of large-scale project management .
