新丝绸之路经济带建设,既是中国面向欧亚内陆开放的新战略,又是涉及中欧乃至亚欧大陆相关国家与地区共同利益的发展战略,必将推动国际区域合作,改变中欧经贸格局。跨亚欧高铁是新丝绸之路经济带建设的主要交通载体,对于高铁的投入、客货运比率、安全性等问题,都应高度重视。新丝绸之路经济带战略与高铁外交需要与相关国家展开合作,通过国际合作在发展中解决相应的问题,实现中欧与新丝绸之路经济带周边国家与地区的共赢。

The build of new Silk Road economic belt is not only the new strategy of China to open up to Asian and EU inland;it is also the development strategy concerning the common interests of China and EU,and also the related countries of Asian and EU inland;it will definitely promote the international and regional cooperation and change the China-EU economic and trade pattern. The high-speed railway across Asia and EU is the main transportation carrier of the build of new Silk Road;we should pay more attention to the investment on that,the ratio of passenger and cargo,and the security related problems. To promote the strategy of new Silk Road and high speed-railway diplomacy,we should cooperate with related countries,solve the related problems in the process of development by international cooperation,and realize the win-win situation among China-EU and other countries around the new Silk Road economic belt.
