摘要
21世纪伊始,全球化进程不断加速,知识经济深入发展,国际竞争日趋激烈。世界主要国家和国际组织纷纷出台了教育改革和发展战略。在高等教育领域,改革的主要内容包括加大教育投入,强化教育优先发展战略地位;追求卓越,创建世界一流教育体系;推进全纳教育,提高教育公平;提高教育信息化程度,推动教育方式变革;寻求集权与分权平衡,提高教育管理效率;深入开展国际教育,提高教育国际化程度;实施人才战略,引领教育改革。
At the beginning of the 21st century,the process of globalization and knowledge-based economy develop rapidly with the increasingly fierce international competition. The main international organizations and countries have introduced strategies for educational reform and development. The new trends of educational reform consist of Increasing the investment in education and strengthening the strategic position for the development of education; Pursuing excellence and establishing the world top education system; Promoting inclusive education and enhancing the educational fairness; Improving the informatization of education and promoting the reform of teaching mode; Carrying out the talent strategy to guide the reform of education etc.
