国际教育发展最新趋势研究——2012~2014年度国际组织教育政策文本解读 被引量:4

Trends of International Education Development: Analysis of Education Reports of International Organizations in 2012~2014

摘要 国际组织作为全球教育变革的引领者,其教育政策随着时代的发展也在不断更新和变化。通过分析联合国教科文组织、世界银行、经合组织、欧盟和联合国儿基会2012-2014年间的教育政策,笔者研究发现当今国际教育存在着五大趋势和特征:(1)关注21世纪核心技能;(2)从教育系统层面关注教育质量;(3)强化全球教育合作;(4)重塑高等教育的世界格局;(5)多方面保障全纳教育的实现。这些趋势和特征对我国当前的教育改革具有重要的指导意义。 As the leader of global education reform, international organizations have been updating their education policies with the development of the world. This research analyzes all influential reports issued by UN- ESCO,World Bank,OECD,European Union and UNCIEF from June 2012 to June 2014,and the research find- ings shows five important trends of international education:( 1 )focusing on 21st century skills; (2)focusing on the quality of education systems; (3)strengthening global education partnership; (4)rebuilding the world pattern of higher education and (5)advocating inclusive education. All these trends offer many inspirations for Chinese education reform.
