摘要 （一）引言在本文的开始需要做两点说明。第一，从题目看可能会认为这是一篇关于科学哲学的文章。实际上不是，因为我还不具备科学哲学家的资格。本篇讨论的是我在过去20年里听到、看到、经历过的一个非常实际的问题。我希望加入到这个讨论中，将我们不能忽视的问题付诸笔端。我们谈得越多、写得越多，就能引起人们对这一问题更多的关注。改变要从公众了解问题的严峻性开始，只有获得足够的关注，最终才有可能触发引爆点（Gladwell，2002；
