摘要 面对协同育人的新机遇,大力加强粤港高等教育的深度合作与交流,具有重要的先导意义和示范作用:是推进广东高等教育改革的重要抓手、是粤港两地高等教育优势互补共建南方教育高地的重要途径、是推动粤港两地经济社会全方位合作的重要基础。在已有实践基础上,粤港高教深度合作需要制订针对性强的法规政策,建立制度保障;需要设立具体协调操作机构,提供全方位服务;需要探索合作举办大学或学院、联合培养学生、缔结姐妹学校、师生访学、师资培训、学分与学历互认、非学历培训合作等有效模式,为多层次合作搭建常态化平台。 Facing the new opportunities of Cooperative Education, strengthening cooperation in-depth in higher education between Guangdong and Hong Kong has leading and demonstrative significance. It′s an important means to promote the reform of higher education of Guangdong and an important way to build education highland in the south of China with higher education complementary advantages in Guangdong and Hong Kong. It′s also an important basis to promote economic and social all-round cooperation between the two places. Based on existing practice, the promotion of cooperation in-depth in higher education between Guangdong and Hong Kong demands the development of targeted policies and regulations, the setting up of the operating mechanism of the specific coordination, the exploration of various modes of cooperation, such as cooperation held by a university or college, joint training students, the establishment of sister school relation, teachers and students visiting, teacher training, mutual recognition of credits and degree, strengthen cooperation in training etc.
