摘要
提出了一种新型绿色合成抗癌药物Talabostat及其衍生物的新方法,该方法能够高产率、高选择性地合成一系列Talabostat及其衍生物。相比传统的使用有机溶剂的方法,本文方法选用水作为溶剂,具有成本低廉、安全无污染、产物易于分离等优点。利用提出的方法可以简便地合成出一类具有生物活性的含硼有机化合物,在抗癌药物的研发和应用领域具有十分重要的发展潜力。
A novel green synthetic method for anticancer drugs Talabostat and its analogues was repor-ted. The desired products were obtained with wide substrate generality in high yields with high enan-tioselectivities. Comparing to the traditional methods that typically use organic as solvents, the pro-posed method employs the water as solvent, which is safe,inexpensive and environmentally benign.This method can efficiently provide many types of Talabostat analogues and further deepen the knowl-edge on the in situ working mechanism and bioactivity of Talahostat. Moreover,the research reportedhere would further improve the development of orgnoboron compounds and their great potential forthe application of anticancer drugs.
