摘要
将GIS技术和神经网络集成应用于宁德地质灾害危险性评价中,发挥GIS强大的空间信息可视化管理分析功能及神经网络的非线性描述和分析功能,建立GISANN模型.旨在实现地质灾害危险性评价的可视化管理,为宁德国土资源开发、环境保护、地质灾害防治工程等提供科学决策依据,增强政府自然灾害应急救助能力,为和谐社会建设和可持续发展提供科学支撑.
The paper applied integration of GIS technology and neural network to the geological hazard evaluation of Ningde. The GISANN neural network, with the powerful functions of GIS spatial information visualization and analysis of nonlinear description and analysis, could achieve geological hazard assessment visualization management, to help the development of land and resources, thus to help Ningde, environmental protection and geological disaster prevention projects by providing scientific basis for decision making and enhancing government natural disaster emergency relief capacity, and providing scientific support for building a harmonious society and sustainable development.
