摘要
基于指标间重要性、8个高技术服务业领域重要性以及各指标相对于均值差值的重要性递减等3个假设前提,选择与高技术服务业发展密切相关的指标集。依据指标集内各指标之间的相关性,选择合适的评估方法,对各地区8个高技术服务业分别作发展水平评估,并将评估结果标准化到[0,100]区间内。综合评估各地区高技术服务业发展的整体水平,依据各评估结果,对中国当前高技术服务业发展状况作了简要说明。
T he evaluation is based on three assumptions ：equal importance of indexes ,equal importance of eight high‐tech services and importance decreasing of difference relative to mean .Firstly ,indexes closely related to high‐tech service are selected ,and then evaluation methods are selected based on the correlation betw een indexes .Secondly ,evaluation of high‐tech service .Development‐level in each area is done ,respectively ,and the results are standardized to[0 ,100] interval .Fi‐nally ,comprehensive evaluation of each area is obtained according to the evaluation results given .Brief description of de‐velopment of high‐tech service is provided based on evaluation results .
