摘要
近些年来国家陆续制定了大学生灵活就业的政策,越来越多的高校毕业生和就业单位选择社会档案代理机构作为人事管理的中介,但在档案代理工作中,档案管理不规范、弃档现象严重、代理机构职能相对单一等问题凸显。由此,本文将结合当前我国高校毕业生档案代理服务中存在的问题,从档案代理服务主体入手,提出高校毕业生档案代理服务的创新机制及保障此机制运行的保障措施。
In recent years national education agency has carried out a growing number of flexible employment policies on college graduates. More and more college graduates and employees choose archives agency as the intermediary to manage their archives. But there are a few problems in this management, such as lack of standardization, seriously dropping archives, singly function and so on. So this paper will combine the current issue of Archives of college graduates in the agency services, and propose innovative mechanisms of archives agency services, then point out the methods to protect this mechanism.
