企业四阶动态能力的层级建构及其模型

摘要 近年来,国内外对动态能力的内涵、构成要素和理论框架的研究形成了不同的学术流派,尤其对动态能力层级划分、构成及其递进关系问题尚亟待进行深入的探讨。在现有动态能力理论研究基础上,考虑企业资源和不同机制及内外环境不同变化特点,通过层级和作用关系分析,提出企业动态能力从0阶到3阶的四阶划分方式、建立四阶动态能力关系模型和函数模型,阐释四阶动态能力的具体构成要素和层次关系。研究成果为企业动态能力的研究和应用提供了新的视角。 In recent years, different academic schools are formed according to the studies on the connotation, constituent elements, and theoretical framework of the dynamic capability at home and abroad. In particular, the problems on the hierarchyied components and their progressive relationship for dynamic capability are required to be further studied. Based on the existing research of dynamic capability theory, and considering enterprise resources, mechanisms and environment in different styles, this paper puts forward four level dynamic capabilities formed from 0- level to 3- level according to the analysis on hierarchy and relationship between different levels. Four level dynamic capabilities models and their function models are built. Furthermore, the constituent elements and hierarchical relationships in the models are analyzed. The results provides a new perspective for the study and application of the enterprise dynamic capability.
