摘要
我国人力资本积累与产业结构调整之间的时滞,促生了转型期大学生就业难的特殊性和长期性。在此背景下,从市场筛选标准出发,深入研究我国大学生就业力结构现状,探析缓解结构性失业的对策成为当务之急。本研究在筛选出23个变量的基础上,对国内20所高校2000名本科生进行问卷施测,运用因子分析和载荷最大值回归模型检验,得出解释大学生就业力的6个主成分:工作能力、外显特质、职业素养、社交能力、素质拓展、个人背景,进而构建了大学生就业力结构模型,并提出针对性建议。
The time lagging occurred from human capital accumulation and industrial structural adjustment has made the college students' employment difficulty to be an increasingly prominent problem. In this context, making a thorough study of the present situation of college students' employability structure from the market selection criteria and finding the effective ways of promoting the employability level have become the urgent priority. In this paper, based on the selected 23 variables, a questionnaire was conducted among 2000 undergraduates who came from 20 universities. Then, using factor analysis and load maximum regression model test, we obtained the undergraduates' employability structure model which contains the working ability, explicit quality, professionalism, social skill, quality development and personal background as the six major components. Finally, this paper put forward some targeted recommendations.
