摘要
中泰安全合作于20世纪70年代末起步,在中国与东盟国家中起着先导作用。中泰安全合作包括传统安全合作与非传统安全合作两个方面。经过30多年的发展,两国安全合作呈现出战略互信不断提升、合作领域不断扩展和机制化程度不断增强的特点。随着两国战略合作伙伴关系的不断推进,中泰安全合作必将进一步发展,但合作的速度和规模将受泰国国内政局、美国因素和地区安全形势的制约。
Sino-Thai security cooperation began from 1979, playing a leading role in China-ASEAN relationship. Sino-Thai security cooperation covers traditional security cooperation and non-traditional security cooperation two facets. After more than thirty years developments, strategic mutual trust of the two countries has been constantly strengthened, the area of cooperation has been broadened, and the level of institutionalization of cooperation has been increased. With the development of bilateral strategic partnership, their security cooperation will further be enhanced, but the speed and scale of cooperation will remain subject to the domestic political situation in Thailand, the United States and the regional security situation constraints.
