东南亚地区的中国商会研究——以越南、柬埔寨及印尼中国商会为例

Study on the China Chamber of Commerce in Southeast Asia Region——Taking China Chambers of Commerce in Vietnam,Kampuchea and Indonesia as Examples

自20世纪90年代中后期起,中国企业开始陆续走出国门到国外投资。为了维护自身利益、加强企业之间以及与国内政府、企业所在国的政府机构及当地企业的联系,中国企业在世界各投资国自发地陆续成立了中国商会。经过20多年的发展,东南亚地区各国的中国商会已经不同程度地形成了一定的规模。文章以越南、柬埔寨及印尼中国商会为例,分析了东南亚国家中国商会产生的背景、成立目的、服务对象、组织架构与主要活动,并通过与中华总商会进行比较,指出其存在的主要问题和发展趋势。

As the Chinese government＇s ＂go global＂ strategy implements and advances, more and more Chinese enterprises go abroad to investment business all over the world. Up to now, the Southeast Asia region has become the first choice for Chinese enterprises to go abroad for investment. In the context of increasing investment, Chinese companies which invest in Southeast Asia regions have spontaneously set up a China chamber of Commerce. This paper does a carding and analysis on the China Chamber of Commerce, including its background, function and main activities, and makes a comparison with local China Chamber of Commerce, the China General Chamber of Commerce that has a long history. In addition, this paper analyses the existing problems in the China Chamber of Commerce and forecasts its development trend.
