兵团话语体系是融兵团屯垦戍边实践创新、理论创新、制度创新于一体的、多层次的话语系统。构建兵团话语体系是兵团理论界和学术界面临的重大而紧迫的时代课题,是繁荣和发展兵团哲学社会科学的理论需要,也是提高兵团话语权,增强兵团意识形态吸引力的价值需要。兵团特色话语体系的构建必须坚持开放的理念,立足屯垦戍边的生动实践,注重兵团文本挖掘。

The discourse system of XPCC（the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps） is a multi-layered discourse system which integrates the innovations of practice, theory and system of reclaming the wasteland and guarding frontiers. The construction of discourse system of XPCC is an important and urgent contemporary topic for the theoretical and academic circles, a theoretical requirement of booming social and philosophy sciences, a must of value in raising the discourse power and ideological attraction of XPCC. The building of discourse power with XPCC characteristics must adhere to the idea of opening-up, start from the practice of reclaming the wasteland and guarding frontiers and focus on the text mining of XPCC.
