舞蹈师资任职教育专业设置合理性研究

摘要 注重实践性教学环节,并以此整合不同课程的教学内容,是军艺舞蹈系2014年3月至7月开办的舞蹈师资任职教育培训的一大特色,它为迅速提升学员的专业能力找到了助力。实践再次证明:舞蹈专业教育要使学员获得某种能力,必须在向学员传授专业知识的同时,为他们创造足够多的实践与体验机会,使学员获得更多的思考,并在反复的体验和思考中形成一种能力。 One of the features of the in-service program of professional dance teachers is its focusing on practical teaching sections, on which other sections are based to integrate, thus providing a helping hand to quickly improve students’ professional skills. What has been justified by practice again is that along with professional knowledge, it is also necessary to create enough practice and experience chances for dance students to help them acquire certain ability. Thinking more, and practicing more, then the ability will be acquired.
