摘要
野战条件下文化服务保障综合演练教学训练模式,是文化管理系深化任职教育和士官职业技术教育改革的重要成果体现。该模式的组织实施步骤分别是:确定演练主题、构设演练条件、设置演练组织、安排演练内容、组织演练实施、开展演练总结。通过近几年的实践检验,全系师生理顺了理论教学、实践教学与装备教学的关系,促进了院校教育与部队工作的结合,增强了学员对部队文化工作的认识,提高了学员岗位工作的综合能力。
The teaching model of comprehensive practice of field cultural support is an important reform achievement of in-service education and technical education for noncommissioned officers, which is accomplished by Cultural Management Department. The steps to organize and implement the model are respectively the followings: to determine practice theme, to structure practice conditions, to set practice organization, to arrange practice content, to perform implementation, and to carry out practice summary. Recent years’ practice has justified the model. Consequently, the teaching staff and the students in the Department have straightened out the relationship among theory teaching, practice teaching and equipment teaching. With the closer combination of college education and army work, the students’ understanding of military cultural work has been deepened, and their comprehensive ability has been improved.
