Classification of Labor Forms on the Condition of Scientific and Technological Advancement

科学技术进步在促进社会生产力发展的同时,也带来了劳动形式的深刻变化。简单劳动与复杂劳动、体力劳动与脑力劳动的划分已经不能概括和说明当今时代劳动形式的现实情况,因此本文提出了基础性劳动、程序性劳动、创造性劳动的新的划分方式,并分析了这种划分的依据,说明了这三种不同劳动形式的内涵、外延及其特征。在此基础上,指出了这种划分的现实意义。

The progress of science and technology to promote social productivity development at the same time, also caused the profound changes of social labor form. With simple work and intricate work, physieal labor and mental labor division has been unable to generalize and explain the social labor form in reality. This paper presents the basic labor, procedure labor and creative labor new division method, and analyzes the division basis. Description of the three different forms of labor intension, extension and character, on this basis, it points out that this division d practical significance.
