大学校长管理专业化是提升我国高等教育治理能力现代化的核心问题;大学校长管理专业化"两体三维"的理论建构,即以大学校长为主体,大学校长对大学的管理有"专心的事业、专长的从业、专门的职业"三个"专"的维度,以政府为主体,让大学校长有"负责的动力、负责的权力、负责的能力"三个"力"的维度。

Professionalization of president＇s governance is a core issue to improve the modernization of higher education governance capacity; we raise the theoretical construction of ＂two bodies and three dimensionalities＂ in the process of professionalization of president＇s governance. Taking the president as the main body, there are three dimensionalities of ＂concentrated on business, strong points in occupation, specialization in profession＂. Taking the government as the main body, there are three dimensionalities of ＂motivation to take responsibility, power to take responsibility and ability to take responsibility＂.
