摘要
"双师型"教师队伍建设是实现高职院校人才培养目标的迫切需要和根本保证。在校企共同体的视阈下,打通"双师型"教师培养渠道,实施校企联动、双师共育是培养"双师型"教师的有效途径。实施专任教师入职标准,加强兼职教师队伍建设,重视教师专业化发展,强化教师职业培训是建设"双师型"教师队伍建设的必由之路。
The construction of "double-qualified" teaching faculty is the urgent demand and basic assurance of realizing the cultivating goal of higher vocational education. From the perspective of college-enterprise community, getting through the "double-qualified" teacher training channels, reinforcing the interaction between colleges and enterprises, training teachers by both sides are effective approaches to bring up "double-qualified" teachers. Implementing the full-time teachers' entry standards, enhancing the construction of part-time teachers, paying attention to the professional development of teachers and strengthening teachers' vocational skills training are important ways to construct "double-qualified" teaching faculty.
