我国社区治理模式探析

Study of the Paradigm of Chinese Community Governance

运用“理想类型”的型构方法,从“社区自理的效力”“社区治理的效果”两个维度建构了社区治理范式,并对“政府管制型”“政府主导型”“合作共治型”“社区自治型”四种治理范式进行了比较.认为：“合作共治型”是符合我国现实的社区治理模式,未来应从治理的社会基础、主体和行动机制等方面深化对社区治理的认识和理解.

The configuration method of ＂ideal types＂ has been employed to provide a holistic analytical framework about Chinese community governance paradigm, from two aspects of ＂effectiveness of community self-care＂ and ＂the effect of community govern- ance＂. By comparing four governance paradigms including the ＂government control type＂,＂government-led type＂, ＂cooperation type of governance＂ and ＂type of autonomous communities＂, combined with the historical review of our community governance, this paper argues that ＂cooperative type of governance＂ is in line with the reality of Chinese community governance, and analyzes in terms of the social basis, subject and action mechanisms of governanc, furthermore deepens the knowledge and understanding of community governance.
