摘要
以组织创造力的理论框架、内在维度和解释以及测量工具为基础,通过逐步回归方式分别建立了组织绩效与组织创造力内在维度的模型。研究表明:环境创造力和结果创造力是影响组织绩效的主要维度。组织创造力向组织绩效转化的过程中,组织环境支持更为重要,且具有实质性的助推作用。
Organizational creativity can promote organizational performance. Subdividing organizational creativity internal dimensions and exploring the influence degree of the internal dimensions to organizational performance will help to discover the inner mechanism of ' organizational creativity transforming organizational performance'. The paper firstly gives the overall research design, including the theoretical framework, the internal dimensions explanation and measurement tools selection, by using correlation analysis to research relationship between organization creativity and organizational performance, and then regarding the scale of the enterprise as a control variable on this basis, establishes models of organizational performance and organizational creativity internal dimensions by stepwise regression. Data analysis shows that environment creativity and result creativity are the main dimensions, while process creativity secondary. Finally, it puts forward suggestions on organizational creativity transforming into organizational performance to the enterprise managers.
