Range Adverbs of Wenshui Dialect

文水方言的范围副词十分复杂。参照张谊生《论现代汉语的范围副词》[1]中的分类方法,根据范围和范围的大小,将文水方言的范围副词分为统括性、唯一性和限制性三类。以此分类为纲,文水方言范围副词在句法功能上多为修饰谓语,属于附谓词1,也有作补语的特例。从语义指向的位置看,分为前指和后指两类。在具体的语境中,同一个副词的语义指向不同,充分体现了文水方言范围副词的复杂性。

Range Adverbs are often used in the Wenshui dialect. With reference to Zhang Yisheng ＂ On Range Ad- verbs of Mandarin Chinese＂, the expressing functions of range adverbs of Wenshui dialect are all - including, single - including and restrict - including. And based on the classification, the range adverbs are analyzed from directional meanings and syntactic function one by one. Syntactically, range adverbs mostly modify predicates, but sometimes they can be used as complement. Their directional meanings can be divided into forward and backward. In the con- text, directional meanings of a range adverb are different, which reflects the complexity of the range adverbs.
