心理健康教育是高等教育的重要内容之一,从国家政策到学校普及程度都足见其重要性。调查表明,大学生仍然存在轻微的心理问题,集中表现在强迫、人际、抑郁三个方面。而实效性评估是解决问题的主要途径。具体而言,首先完善大学生心理档案建立机构;其次,建立健全大学生心理健康教育实效性评估机制;第三,大学生心理健康教育的实效性评估应该多样化、系统化、长期化、科学化。

Mental health education is an important part of higher education, shown from national policy to its popu- larity in schools. Surveys show that college students have minor psychological problems, manifested in compulsion,interpersonal relationship, and depression. The effectiveness assessment is the main way to solve such problems. Spe- cifically, it needs to establish students＇ psychological profile, assessment mechanism of mental health education as well as the diversified, systematic, long - term, scientific assessment.
