摘要
大学生职业生涯规划可以帮助他们认清自己、认清行业,做好个人与职业的良好匹配。但本科学前教育专业男生的职业生涯规划存在意识不强、目标模糊笼统、缺乏具体可行方法与专业契合度不高等问题。所以,需要从内部因素——自我层面和外部因素——学校、社会及家庭三个层面提出相应的策略和建议,以提高学前教育专业男生的从业态度和行为,为学前教育师资队伍建设注入新的活力。
Career Planning helps undergraduates understand themselves and jobs to integrate personal advantages and professional features. At present, male undergraduates from pre - school majors lack clear career planning, goals, specific and feasible methods so that jobs and majors are not linking. It is better to examine undergraduates' self,family ,school and society to find out solutions.
