摘要
形体课是音乐专业学生的专业必修课,是以形体训练为主要内容,以人的心理和生理特征为基础,塑造人的优美形态,提高身体灵活性和肢体表现力的一门课程。随着课堂教学改革的不断深入,调动学生的学习主动性,强化学习思考、创新、探索、合作与表达能力,进行相关的研究性教学活动,如应用"意境"教学、"全程录像、自我评估"、"示范对比"、结合实践演练及美育教育等多样的教学方法,使音乐系形体课由"心"而发,方可取得真正的效果。
The physique course is music majors' specialized and compulsory course. Its main content is body train- ing based on individual physical and psychological features to cultivate a graceful shape and improve body' s flexi- bility and expression. The difficulty of class teaching reform lies in how to motivate students' learning initiative and how to improve thinking , innovation, exploration, cooperation, and expression ability. The author combines relevant research - based teaching activities with real class teaching, such as using artistic conception of teaching, the video of the whole class, self - evaluation and demonstration contrast, The author also adopts practical exercises and aes- thetic education in teaching so that this course will get better effects.
